Mr. Coles is a disabled vet, who was also formally homeless himself. After living homeless on the streets of New York City for two years. He said " I will never let this happen again to myself and any other Vet if I can help it. He has worked with two mayors in New York and two in florida to bring Veterans issues to the fore front. Mr. Coles career spans 43 years in all areas of Human Services, working with Veterans and their Families. He has been given many community services awards and a letter from the President of United States for his service to his county and to the communites he has served.

In 2010, Mr. Coles opened "Vet's Place".Inc. to address the unmet needs for Veterans and their Families in Palm Beach County. That year he started the first "Permanent Affordable Housing" for Veterans and their Families in the City of West Palm Beach. Also the first female Vet program and the first room share program.

In 2011, Vet's Place became a 501c3, and started a "One Stop Shop" Also due our friends "Gordon & Doner" the law firm. We started our first annual Thanksgiving Dinner for Veterans and their Families. In September 2016, Vet's Place, Inc. celebrated it's 6th year of servive to Veterans.
